Tbh, had an excellent stay for 7 nights. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a good area, near mall which has a lot of activities and food services and the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed outstanding food.

One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Her dedication to guests was appreciated. The hotel has a nice location, is big and comfortable, and has all necessary amenities. Mr. Mahgdi from reception was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety.

they offered us complementary breakfast every morning which was really delicious. the hotel is situated in a great location as it's near a lot of amazing restaurants and markets where we could buy souvenirs.

the pool area wasn't kept as clean as we expected and we noticed some guests swimming in cotton clothes which should not be allowed.
